We at America Vote Direct are "mad as hell, and we're not going to take it anymore!"

Political corruption is the root of all evil in American government. It is making a mockery of the Constitution and destroying the nation. And through decades of failed efforts, our two major political parties have demonstrated a complete inability to deal with it properly. Now we at America Vote Direct intend to demonstrate that there is a solution, and we intend to implement it in every state in the Union. No lobbyist will even attempt to buy the vote of a congressional representative who is bound by the will of registered constituents as measured by our fair and secure (and FREE) open-source technology?

Current horse-and-buggy political technology is an absolute guarantee of corruption in government, as history proves conclusively. But, now, new technology (specifically, the Decision Management System [DMS]™) provides a means for putting citizens IN CONTROL of their congressional representatives. Through fair and secure voting technology on the Internet and by telephone, registered voters in each congressional district will direct their representative to vote yes or no on specific legislation pending in Congress. And all America Vote Direct Candidates have committed themselves, without recourse or waiver, to be bound by the will of their constituents as measured objectively through the Vote Direct DMS.

We are inviting prospective candidates for Congress who are willing to make this commitment to apply for support through America Vote Direct. We will provide Vote Direct DMS technology, customized and free of charge, to all successful applicants, one per congressional district. And we will coordinate individual candidate's campaigns under our national campaign umbrella to maximize synergistically the efforts of all.

Just consider how the principal issues of the day would be decided if the will of the people were respected in the halls of Congress: the war, healthcare, immigration. There can be no mystery as to the outcome, and we know very well that it would be diametrically opposite to the outcome that we have had from our current representatives, of whatever party. Our form of government is founded on the principle that government shall represent the will of the people. Our current representatives do not understand this; but even if they did, they would still be beholden to the special interests who fund their campaigns, and sometimes their personal bank accounts. We're just not going to take it anymore.
